Sellers:

      When you make the decision to sell your home, I’m sure you want it sold quickly and for the highest price possible.  That makes me the perfect agent for you.  I aspire for the same aforementioned outcome.  I strive to find the perfect buyer that will pay the highest price and agree on the best terms.  I work diligently to make all of this happen in the timeliest manner possible.  I will do all of the passive marketing that most other agents do.  Almost all agents place a sign in your front yard, enter your property on the MLS, advertise through various different streams, post your property all over the internet, place a lockbox on your front door for other agents to access and show your property, and hopefully they are hosting both public and broker open houses.  I do all of this because it has proven to be affective, but I don’t stop there.  I have an intricate marketing strategy were I actively market your listing to the buyers that are most likely to purchase your home.  Similar to algorithms you may find behind Facebook and other social media platforms I spend endless amounts of time targeting buyers that are most likely to purchase your house.  Based off of numerous statistics and facts I can compose a list of people that are most likely to purchase your house at any given time.  I would love to go into further detail with you about my active marketing strategy.  Don’t hesitate to call me and be enlightened.

 Buyers:

      Purchasing a home, whether it is your first home or your hundredth home can be a daunting task.  I am glad to help along your whole home purchasing journey.  With my network of real estate, housing, inspection, maintenance, and repair professionals our relationship doesn’t end with “I would like to buy a house”.  I love showing houses to qualified buyers.  I listen to all of your thoughts, opinions and desires and strive to check all boxes on your wish list.  When we find your dream house I move expeditiously to make the deal happen.  I will dig as deep into any one deal as necessary to negotiate the best possible price and conditions.  Once we have agreed on your purchase I stay on top of the whole closing process to ensure a smooth transaction and am always glad to reference any outside help you may need, anyone from an attorney to a plumber.  Even years after your purchase if you need help finding a qualified contractor I am always only a phone call away.

Renters:

      Rentals are just as important as sales to me.  Tennant or Owner you can expect only the best experience when you choose me as your trusted realtor.  If you are a tenant you can expect the same service you would get as if you were a buyer.  As an owner or landlord you can also expect the same qualities and service you would get if you were in fact a seller.

Personal Background:

      I have been a life long resident to the Central New Jersey area.  I have spent my entire life residing in North Hanover township where I attended C.B. Lamb Elementary School and Northern Burlington High School.  I chose to further my education and proceeded to obtain my BA in Business at Stockton University in Galloway New Jersey.  My mother manages real estate in Princeton New Jersey and my father owns a painting business.  I started painting for my father when I was fourteen and have been painting ever since.  I branched off on my own through college and started doing a lot of work for my mother’s boss where I soon found a passion for the real estate industry.  This is what led me to become a licensed real estate agent.  My passion for real estate is what compels me to help others not only find the house of their dreams but also negotiate the best possible deal for them.
